Orders

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Payments

We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Faymus offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Only full returns are accepted. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
