Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Faymus is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.

Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact

Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
