At Faymus, we aim to keep our policies clear and simple. Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page.
Faymus reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect customer information. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Only full returns are accepted
Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required details from the customer.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within the 7-day return window, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
